What we collect

Contact and delivery details (name, email, address, phone), order history, and payment confirmation (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers). We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send you updates. We share data only with the providers needed to fulfil your order (payment processors, couriers) and as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
