Shipping

We dispatch orders from New Zealand. Standard NZ shipping is free. At checkout you can also add optional Shipping Protection ($9.99) — if your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we’ll reship it free.

Returns & refunds

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 always apply. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery; for health and safety reasons we cannot accept opened supplements. Return shipping for change-of-mind is at your cost.
